FULL DAY Wheel Throwing - Sun, 1 Mar

Service Description

This is a 6 hour learning experience with a maximum of 3 participants. Your tutor will take you through the entire process, step by step, from kneading a ball of clay to centering, creating a straight-sided cylinder then shaping it. After lunch we will recap what you learnt in the morning and have a go at adding coils and stacking pots made on the wheel. We will be sitting on a covered patio enjoying the surrounds - bush & birds - a peaceful and creative environment. Please bring your own lunch and we will provide tea/coffee, and of course aprons. Beginners welcome. Included in the cost of this workshop - 6 hours tuition, clay, clear glaze and two firings. Please read T's & C's before booking.
